Anger is the poison of life which kills peace of mind. It is quite common for a human being to get anger. Anger leads to so many problems like health issues, disturbance in human relationships,lack of peace of mind and many other. Anger will distrubs not only the person who affected from anger but also it disturbs the surroundings where a person who affected from anger will present.
So the various ways by which we can control our anger are:

All the human beings might be find of music and music has the power to change the mind set of a person. So listening to music when you got anger definitely might be the better choice to throw anger and to cultivate a cheerful mood.
4:WATCHING YOUR FAVOURITE VIDEOS:
Today's world is totally entertainment based. There are lot of TV channels and entertainment shows to entertain people.So you can watch your own favourite video or movie or TV shows inorder to keep aside your anger. Spending time to watching for your favourite videos will leads to keep aside your anger.
5.TALKING TO ONE WHO UNDERSTANDS YOU:
Talk to one who understands you because it was the one who can give you better suggestions when you are in anger to do the right thing and discuss the reasons for your anger them so that they give you ideas to handle a situation in a great way. When a person is in anger in some cases he might be don't know about he is doing and leads to loose control on his own self.
So by many ways one can easily get rid of anger and leads to gain peace of mind and control on own feelings.
