Everyone wants to look fit and be healthy but not all of us have the time to hit the gym everyday. So here are some easy and effective exercises you can do at home whenever you are free. Do them everyday for 20 minutes atleast.


1. Push-ups
Push-ups are done to improve upper body strength. It is performed by resting on one's toes and hands and pushing one's weight off the floor.

2. Squats
Squats are performed by bending deeply at the knees and then rising. This exercise helps in reducing belly fat.

3. Modified push-ups
Modified push-ups help in toning the upper body and burning calories

4. Crunches
It is an abdominal exercise, based on a sit-up but in which the lower back remains in contact with the floor.
